1. What BeDrink is

BeDrink is a social app for sharing moments from your nights out with friends: photos, drinks, approximate places and events, operated by Mario Pacheco Galvin (contact: contact@bedrink.app). By using BeDrink you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old. The app revolves around nightlife plans and content.
• Register an account with truthful information and keep your password secure.
• One account per person; do not lend or sell your account.

3. Your content

What you post is yours. You grant BeDrink a non-exclusive licence to host it and show it to the people you choose to share it with (friends or public visibility), solely to provide the service. You can delete it at any time.

By posting you declare that you have the right to share that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

4. What is not allowed

• Illegal, violent, hateful, harassing or discriminatory content.
• Explicit sexual content, or images of minors.
• Posting photos of other recognisable people without their consent.
• Spam, impersonation, scams or malicious links.
• Attempting to extract other users' data, breach security or automate the service without permission.
• Promoting alcohol consumption by minors or irresponsible drinking.

5. Moderation

You can report content or users from the app and block anyone you do not want to see. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, especially following reports from other users. We review reports and act on them as soon as we can.

6. Location

Location is optional and always approximate (~1 km). Enable it only if you want to share your area with friends or discover nearby events. Do not use location features to single out third parties without their permission.

7. About alcohol

BeDrink does not sell alcohol or promote its consumption. Non-alcoholic drinks are first-class content in the app. Drink responsibly; BeDrink is not responsible for the consequences of alcohol consumption or for plans you organise outside the app.

8. The service

• The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability; we may change, suspend or remove features.
• Stories expire after 12 hours and are deleted shortly after (~24 h). Moments leave the feed after 24 hours and stay only in your own archive until you delete them. We are not a backup service: keep your important photos elsewhere.
• We may suspend the service for maintenance or security, giving notice when possible.

9. Intellectual property

The BeDrink brand, design, code and proprietary content belong to Mario Pacheco Galvin, owner of the project. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BeDrink is not liable for indirect damages or for content posted by other users or by third-party event organisers listed in the app.

11. Cancellation and deletion

You can stop using the service and delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by writing to contact@bedrink.app. Deletion removes your data in accordance with the privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use BeDrink means you accept them.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. BeDrink is operated by Mario Pacheco Galvin, Calle Torres Quevedo 10, Chiclana de la Frontera, Spain. Contact: contact@bedrink.app. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
